As an owner of a GM vehicle, you expect and deserve the best GM body shop services after an accident or fender-bender. IMPEX offers you the most professional, quick and affordable service.

What our body shop has to offer you:

  • Service Appointments

    It is essential that your vehicle receives the proper maintenance to retain the safety, dependability and performance originally built into your vehicle.
    Whenever your vehicle requires service, simply contact us to schedule an appointment.

  • When the corresponding time interval has been reached, simply contact the service centre, to schedule an appointment for a time that is convenient for you. Service Center Number: 01-426425 Ext (120).
  • Once you reach our service centre, the service consultants are there to welcome you.
  • The Service consultant job is to communicate and determine customer’s needs. The service consultant will provide you with a complete and precise estimates of cost and time needed for servicing your car
  • Once maintenance has been performed, the service consultant will explain to you the repairs done and fill out and stamp the appropriate box in this booklet to serve as your maintenance record which may be needed for warranty repairs. It will also show future owners how well your vehicle has been maintained.
  • Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty

  • For 2011 model year, the Chevrolet warranty is 3- year/100,000km (whichever occurs first) on all car lines except Aveo ,Optra and N200 (3-year/60,000Km)
  • The Cadillac warranty is 4-year/100,000 KM (whichever occurs first)
  • Now benefit from our complimentary premium care package (Free service and maintenance for 4 years/100,000km)

  • Repairs and adjustments that may occur during this period are made at no extra charge.
    To obtain warranty repairs, take the vehicle to our service centre and report the problem or concern you are facing. A reasonable time must be allowed to perform necessary repairs.
    Warranty repairs and adjustments (parts and/or labor) will be made at no charge

    Exclusions
    What is not covered:
  • Lubricants, filters, spark plugs and worn brake pads/shoes and clutch linings, Tires, Wheel rims deformation and performing other normal maintenance services that vehicles require.
  • In addition to above items Batteries are not covered under GM bumper to bumper warranty after 2 years of purchasing a Cadillac vehicle Or 1 year of purchasing of a Chevrolet vehicle
  • Repairs made necessary by the use of improper or contaminated fuels (impurities or water content) are not covered under the warranty.

  • After warranty repairs
    If you have a problem with your vehicle after warranty coverage has expired, IMPEX will continue supporting its clients to the best of their interest.
